Peck Hotel Consulting is a Chicago-based hotel consulting firm offering advisory services for Hotel Development, Asset Management, Buyer Advisory, and Feasibility. Jon Peck, Principal, has been directly involved in more than 60 hotel openings and acquisitions in his career, and also has a Certified Hotel Asset Manager (CHAM) designation.
Prior to founding his Hotel Consulting firm in 2012, Peck was the Chief Operating Officer with White Lodging where he oversaw the day-to-day operating of 155 hotels and more than 8,000 employees in 23 states.
Preceding his time with White Lodging, he was a multi-time award-winning General Manager and Director of Sales and Marketing with Marriott International where he spent 10 of his 18 years on international assignments, including General Manager roles at the Costa Rica Marriott and Frenchman’s Reef and Morningstar Beach Resort in St. Thomas, USVI.
Peck holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Notre Dame and a B.S. in Marketing from the University of West Florida. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute and the Hospitality Asset Managers Association.
