Peck Hotel Consulting is a Chicago-based hotel consulting firm offering advisory services for Hotel Development, Asset Management and Feasibility. Jon Peck, Principal, will be personally involved with your project. Prior to starting his consulting firm, Peck was in a number of key operating roles with White Lodging Services, including Chief Operating Officer. In this role, Peck was responsible for the day-to-day operation of 155 full and select service hotels, which included most Primary master brands (Starwood, Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt). Preceding his time with White Lodging, he was a multi-time award-winning General Manager and Director of Sales and Marketing with Marriott International where he spent 10 of his 18 years in international assignments, including General Manager roles at the Costa Rica Marriott and Frenchman’s Reef and Morningstar Beach Resort.

Peck holds a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame and a B.S. in Marketing from the University of West Florida. He is also a licensed real estate broker in the state of Illinois.

Jon Peck has an ownership position in more than ten hotels, which has given him a clear owner’s perspective of the business.
